The monastery’s and the geography of the island were certainly an unforgettable experience, but most of all, having the influence of another culture made you think how commercialized and busy England is and how lucky the inhabitants of this island really are to have this beautiful, untouched paradise. To all the teachers who made this trip possible, I hope I speak for all when I say that I will never forget this trip and I will never be able to express my true gratitude for this entertaining, but educational experience.”

 “ A truly unforgettable trip, both educational and enriching. The trip was set aside from most of the conventional and commercialised resorts which I usually visit, which made the experience even more memorable. The Nisyrians were friendly and had a great sense of humour, showing real spirit within the island. My favourite part of the trip, visiting the volcano, was a breathtaking experience although the smell of sulphur was off putting at times. Speaking for myself aswell as many other students, I would like to give my sincere thanks to all of the teachers who made the trip possible!”
